We offer a wide range of water-based activities in our swimming pools at Billingham Forum, Splash and Thornaby Pool. Whether you want to take part in an invigorating Aqua Aerobics class or simply swim lengths we have a comprehensive timetable for you.
Swimming can serve as a cross training element to your regular workouts and with just 30 minutes of moderate effort you can burn off between 200-350 calories. Why not start with at least 30 minutes of swimming once a week to reveal a fitter, healthier and happier you!
