Our gyms are kitted out with a full range of Kettlebells to suit the complete novice up to the trained athlete. Our Advisors are qualified Kettlercise instructors and will educate you on this unique training method.

Kettlebell training is great fun and completely different to anything you may have tried before - workouts fly by!

If you are interested in trying a Kettlebell workout why not try a Fast Class or book in for a Kettlebell programme with one of our Health and Fitness Advisiors . If you feel confident using Kettlebells unsupervised simply ask a Health and Fitness Advisior who will hand them over in exchange for your membership card.
