Bootcamps are group training sessions that include high intensity exercises that challenge every muscle in your body. They ARE lots of FUN, and like military bootcamps, the coach encourages and motivates you to push yourself harder than you would usually push yourself.  The workouts involve calisthenics like push ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises... the difference lies in the intensity. It’s a great way to burn lots of calories.
