Abs Blast

This abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability to improve your posture, training technique and your body shape! The workout will take you through a series of mat based exercises focusing on all areas of your abdominals. Don’t worry you don’t have to work to music!


Active+

This gentle exercise session allows you to work at your own pace and is specifically designed with mature adults in mind. The class focuses on general fitness levels, joint mobility, flexibility and co-ordination. It’s ideal for those who are new to exercise or have recently completed the Active Health Scheme.


Active+ Aquafit

This class offers those, relatively new to exercise, to experience working out in water to gain health benefits such as improved mobility, maintain stamina, strength and suppleness. It’s also good at reducing stress levels.


Aqua Bootcamp

 Combining traditional high intensity bootcamp exercises with water resistance; this is a very effective class for building muscle and burning calories. This session works on challenging both strength & cardio using unique exercises and equipment.


Aqua Circuit

 A unique class which uses water and different pieces of equipment to provide a resistance training workout for an amazing full body workout. 


Aquafit

This ‘original’ water based fitness session is a great workout for the heart and lungs. Helping to tone all of the muscles in your body without leaving you feeling sweaty and exhausted.


Aqua Zumba

Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness, the exercise class blends it all together in a safe yet challenging, water based workout that encourages cardio conditioning, body toning and most of all an exhilarating experience for everyone.


Bootcamp

These group training sessions include high intensity exercises that challenge every muscle in your body. The workouts involve calisthenics like push ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises... the difference lies in the intensity. It’s also a great way to burn lots of calories.


Boxercise

This popular circuit based class uses boxing techniques, skipping and strength training stations to improve your overall fitness. If you’re serious about getting fit, then this is the session for you!


Bums & Tums

This is a conditioning and muscular toning workout that will help target those stubborn areas by using hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight to tone up.


Circuit

 A group-led station workout designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, aerobic fitness and co-ordination.


Clubbercise

Clubbercise is a mixture of simple aerobic and street dance moves with high and low impact movements designed for all abilities.


50+

Our 50+ gentle exercise classes are tailor made to help you become fitter, increase your vitality and improve confidence. Regular attendance will improve your flexibility, muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness.


Hi/Lo Aerobics

This traditional Hi/Lo impact class is suitable for all ages and abilities. Your aerobic workout is complimented with muscular strength and endurance work.


Kettlebell

A full body workout using Kettlebells to improve fitness, strength and power. Learn how to integrate the Kettlebell into your training routine to maximise results.


Les Mills BODYATTACK

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. 


Les Mills BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.

BODYBALANCE™  is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.


Metafit

Metafit™ uses principals of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and is an effective and simple way of exercising for people looking for the most effective group workout that gets big results. To burn fat you need to change your resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with high intensity intervals and get quick results.


Omnia

Technogym Omnia is a new piece of equipment which offers our gym users multiple training posibilities. Our Omnia classes incorporate many different training techniques to give you an effective full body workout.


Pilates

This unique mat based workout will focus on improving posture, core strength and flexibility. This session aims to improve your overall muscle tone and leave you feeling calm and poised.

POUND®

POUND® is a full-body drumming workout that uniquely combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks (Ripstix®). Created by Kirsten Potenza and Cristina Peerenboom, music enthusiasts, drummers, and fitness experts, POUND® was designed to transform drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. POUND® is accessible to all fitness levels. The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.


Pump fx

The weights workout with added funk!  Pump fx strengthens tones and defines every muscle in your body using barbells and adjustable weights. This class is suitable for all levels from strength seekers to those who simply want to tone and shape.


Spinning®

The ‘original’ form of indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. A special stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel is used in a group setting.


Step Aerobics

A high intensity, low impact, total body-conditioning workout with emphasis on legs, hips and bottoms.


Tai Chi

A centuries old Chinese practice that can help stress relief, as well as relieving pain in joints and muscles. Improve your mental health and poise too.
