Our 20-30 minute fast classes offer our Privilege Card Members the opportunity to get a quick blast of a small group workout on the gym floor. Places are limited to four per workout, book now to avoid dissappointment.

Kettle Bell Workout

Our Kettle Bell instructors will lift your training to a new level and educate you on the benefits of training with this unique piece of kit. Whether it’s to tone up, build strength or lose weight this session shouldn’t be missed.

Body Blast

This all over workout uses an extensive range of equipment to challenge your overall strength, endurance and fitness. Learn how to get the most out of your workouts at this session.

Ab Blast

Our instructors will take you through a series of exercises focusing on your abdominal and core muscles. A diverse range of equipment and training techniques will ensure that you achieve a six pack.

Core Workout

This core exercise session will focus on the entire torso from head to toe in order to develop strong, solid, core strength. Developing a strong core will enhance your overall training.

Going back to basics, learn how to use nothing but your own body weight to maximum effect, you may even find time to workout at home using these methods.
